A person that is holding a animation file that is made in a week and there is a “DON’T” symbol in front of him
You can’t make a animation within a week.

So I watched a video by Odds1Out about the truth of animation
Here’s what I learned from it:

If you’re that guy who was considering Odds1Out’s upload schedule and said “If anime studios does their episodes in a week, then YouTubers can do it in a month" then this is for you.

Anime studios don’t make anime in a week.

They not go “Oh well time to make a episode this week"

South Park style?

South park is a result of a animation made in a week
- Odds1Out

The writers take time, Artists take time,
Editors take time, and Animators take time because Delays happen, animators are slacking out of work.

Anime is the exact same because Japan’s working conditions are REAAAAL bad.

Animation uses reusing stuff
Same with sprite movement
(As long as the animation is from the same studio that worked on a different animation).

Imagine that you’re an artist that went “Drawing what ever you want me to draw for 10 bucks.” There are 2 types of people.

  1. The person that wants to expose everything on their (probably) 15 followers Twitter account
  2. The normal person.

Number 1 would say this: “What the (family friendly blog censor), I was about to expose you on my Twitter account.”

Number 2: “Here’s 10 bucks, draw this"

Drawings take time.

Animation is drawings combined. (Unless it’s made from a program)

and if you combine drawings to a flip note, It’s not always gonna look good!

Animation takes month. Or even YEARS

that’s all for now.
